Tell me about shipping?
I aim to ship your order as soon as possible. In general, please add 2-5 business days to the order placed date for wrapping and packing. In some cases, if longer lead times are anticipated, it will be noted in the item description or, I will send a follow up email with the expected ship date. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed; however, all shipments will have tracking. Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email attached to your order. Do you take commissions?
I have capped my commissions for 2019 in an effort to make more new originals. I am looking to release work in series this coming year; therefore, if you are interested in a painting, please subscribe to the mailing list at the bottom of the home page for more information and updates on series releases.
What about framing?
A custom frame is built for most canvas originals. I frame the majority of my work in a sealed floating pine frame. If you are interested in a piece that is shown with a frame but, would prefer to have it unframed, feel free to send me a note firstname.lastname@example.org. Additionally, I will be moving away from framing prints and watercolors; however, I encourage you to frame your pieces! There are many framing options available, online or otherwise. As an affordable and customer service based option, I have used and enjoyed the online company Framebridge (www.framebridge.com). They have a wide variety of farming options and, shipping is free! I leave a 1/2" white border at the edge of all work for matting and framing purposes.
How about returns?
I want you to find and purchase a piece of art you love! In an effort to do so, I try to be as transparent and true to the image as possible when displaying work online. With that said, all sales are final; however, If you ever receive an order that has been damage or is incorrectly sent, please let me know. I will always help to fix it!
